ROLE: Associate Account Director
DEPARTMENT: Client Services - AM Team
LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent/Hybrid - The candidate will need to be based in the UK as they will be required to visit our office in Folkestone for training/team days/client meetings. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days a week in our office.
DURATION: Permanent, Full Time Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

The successful candidate will be a strategist, a Sleeping Giant Media brand ambassador, and an effective project manager. You lead, develop and understand digital strategies for our clients, and ensure they are delivered to an exceptional standard by working effectively with all teams in the department. You are also capable of communicating Search (SEO/PPC/Content) related material to a high level. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients’ accounts across multiple industries. You’ll be supported in developing responsibility for a team of Strategic Account Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Google Analytics & Google Ads certified.
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, AWR and Google Search Console.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
- Translate clients’ business goals into a clear strategy using our model which considers our holistic approach as well as identifies KPIs so we can measure success.
- Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
- Oversee external KPI targets of your Strategic Account Managers, ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
- Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams. Ensure that the strategy is correct and that the tactics deployed by the Pod teams are moving the needle.
- Client communication from team recommendations to requests from the clients themselves, ensuring they meet best practices and align with their digital strategy and goals.
- Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy-in with any or all client contacts needed.
- Delivering Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.
- Meet with clients in person and build relationships with Senior stakeholders
- Support client strategy development for clients your Senior Account Managers are responsible for.
