Associate Account Executive

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A strong academic background in Business Economics, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field. A graduate degree (Master’s, MBA, etc.) from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in business consulting, industry, or Enterprise Tech, or relevant internships.
  • Familiarity or experience in key industries such as manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, retail, financial services, telecommunications, or utilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to think analytically and independently
  • A strong interest in developing business acumen and learning about business processes and key performance indicators, especially in areas such as Finance or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities:

THE TEAM & ROLE

Fast-track your growth in enterprise sales through our exclusive top talent program. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build relationships with industry leaders, and develop the leadership skills needed to drive real business transformation.

The program focuses on three key pillars:

  • Strategic Business Development & Executive Relationship Building
  • Secure new business opportunities and strengthen relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CDO/CIO) to address challenges and align with their strategic objectives.
  • Tailored Solutions & Strategic Alignment
  • Develop customized solutions that address critical business needs.
  • Align strategies with clients’ long-term goals for maximum impact.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Value Engineers, Service Consultants, Marketing, BDRs, and external partners.
  • Ensure seamless execution of client-focused strategies that deliver results.

THE WORK YOU’LL DO

  • Understand the strategic and operational business needs of your target accounts and effectively communicate how Celonis will meet those to create real opportunities
  • Responsible for delivering revenue in your allocated account patch by creating new business opportunities
  • Engage cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below within your target organizations
  • Become proficient to drive the sales process, following a structured, staged, programmatic flow through prospect, initial call, qualify, pitch to close
  • Collaborate with Value Engineering or personally conduct comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases, showcasing the value of our solutions
  • Forge strong partnerships, particularly with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and the Big4.
  • Work closely with your team, which includes business development representatives, value engineers, partner managers, and marketing specialists, to ensure seamless collaboration and success.
