Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Account Executive is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth, and assisting in client relationships. This role involves assisting with sales activities, maintaining customer accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the sales department. The Associate Account Executive will work closely with other Account Executives to learn and develop skills in sales and account management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role or internship in sales is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or calls with potential clients.
  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support Account Executives in handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Monitor and track client accounts to ensure timely follow-up and adherence to sales processes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
  • Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in sales, account management, and client relations.
