What you’ll do?

  • Provide exceptional client service and operational support to our partnering firms, including Portfolio Managers, and Referring Advisors.
  • Proactively facilitating a high volume of requests to streamline operations and minimize service disruptions while adhering to best industry practices.
  • Understand requirements for processing account openings offered (for example RRSP, RESP, TFSA, LIF, RIF, Corporate, Trusts, etc.) and conduct Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on new account documents for accuracy based on outlined procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Engaging directly with clients and partner firms via email, phone, or various platforms to assist with service requests, and platform-related queries, and escalate as required.
  • Build cross-working relationships to offer best-in-class service and operational activities and coordinate with various stakeholders as required to solve more complex requests. This may include Money Movement, Transfers, Engineering and Product teams and external partners
  • Highlight and identify product improvement suggestions for our platform and assist with testing enhancements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2-4 years of proven professional experience in the client servicing or operations role.
  • Excellent client service and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
  • You thrive (or excel) in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • You must be able to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, environment providing fast, friendly, and accurate service.
