WHAT KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE NEEDED?

  • This is an Entry Level position; must have 1+ years of online marketing experience and/or sales/customer service experience.
  • A diploma/degree in marketing, communications, sales or a related field.
  • Must have experience using the Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers in the daily management of affiliate programs.
  • Identify and recruit high-value partners for client programs, ensuring they become actively engaged and sales-driven.
  • Develop targeted affiliate recruitment strategies, including communication materials and newsletters.
  • Review program applications daily, ensuring accurate affiliate categorization and tagging.
  • Negotiate partnerships and promotional placements with prospective affiliates to maximize program impact.
  • Maintain, monitor, and report recruitment activities using the CRM system.
  • Contribute to client-facing presentations, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in affiliate program tasks, including recruitment, activation, optimization, compliance, and performance reporting, as directed by the Account Team.
