About the Team:
The Ads Sales Team provides best-in-class advertising solutions for large brand advertisers. We are a rapidly growing team of high-energy individuals committed to helping our advertisers to connect with students and teachers. We provide creative ad programs, strategic data insights, and excellent customer service. Our team plays a key part in Quizlet’s success as the ad programs we develop, sell and deliver keep Quizlet free of charge for millions of users around the globe.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in achieving our client’s campaign objectives. You will be part of our Account Management function working closely with our Account Executives as a key point person for sales communication and campaign executions. The ideal candidate is a true team player and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
This is a hybrid role based out of our New York office hub.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and successfully manage multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Manage client relationships from kickoff calls to campaign reviews, ensuring timely campaign starts, strong performance, and full delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact on campaigns, for both internal and external stakeholders, creating and fostering a communication forum for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Ad Operations to launch campaigns, monitor pacing, troubleshoot live campaigns, and optimize to hit or exceed client KPIs
  • Keep Account Executives apprised of all key issues and relevant data throughout the campaign process
  • Craft campaign midpoint and wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and client metrics. Work closely with Account Executives to present compelling performance stories and proactively approach clients with incremental opportunities and upselling
  • Collaborate with the pre-sales team to incorporate insights from completed campaigns into strategic media plans and decks for future proposals and sales activities
  • Partner with Accounting and Finance to confirm and recognize monthly revenue
