ASSOCIATE ACCOUNT MANAGER

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking an Associate Account Manager for our office in Royce City, Texas.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance while driving business growth. You will serve as a vital link between our clients and the services we offer, helping to enhance their operational efficiency and compliance with environmental regulations.

This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Royce City, Texas.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must possess a superb attitude, burning desire for sales and be highly motivated.
  • Candidate must be a team player with a commitment to succeed.
  • Strong goal orientation, creativity, organization, and communication skills are key.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior environmental field operations experience or similar skill set.
  • Prior experience with account management in the Environmental industry.
  • An understanding of Facilities Management
  • Experience working as a Supervisor, Project Manager, or selling to healthcare, higher education, life sciences, or industrial clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and industry specific software.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, competitors, and continuous improvement initiatives to your BOB.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage $300,000 /month or less book of business that was previously closed won.
  • Assist with small to mid-size account management.
  • Assist with house account management.
  • Assist with smaller new opportunities from inbound leads.
  • Assist the General Manager and other Account Management team members as needed on customer projects.
  • Develop business revenues from current customers and potential new customers by doing the following:
  • Lead and coordinate routine services between customer and TEI.
  • Cross-sell new repeat and reoccurring services to your assigned customer base.
  • Assist your customers with key projects to help them stay in compliance.
  • Originate new business opportunities from referrals and networking.
  • Act consultatively as liaison between the customer and the company, solving problems and coordinating the customer’s needs with our services.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with your customers to retain their business.
  • Provide WOW-Level Customer Service to our new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate job scope and proposal creation for new business.
  • Coordinate the acquisition of purchase orders to ensure timely payment of invoices. Additionally, assist in the collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Network within your customer’s organization to build relationships and trust.
  • Assist with Service Recovery – triage and develop new procedures to prevent issues from recurring.
  • Assist with Employee Lead follow up and tracking.
  • Learn and apply the Sandler sales methodology effectively.
  • Entertain customers as needed.
