Responsibilities:
POSITION PURPOSE:
- Conduct analysis and risk assessment to determine financial performance.
- Using R to maintain/enhance predictive analytics models.
- Developing insightful reporting (excel/R Shiny/Power BI) to drive actuarial decision making.
- Produce actuarial reports to aid in developing corporate strategy.
IN THIS ASSOCIATE ACTUARY ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Apply knowledge of predictive analytics, mathematics, probability, statistics, principles of finance and business to calculate financial performance.
- Developing actuarial reports based on analysis of statistical data and other pertinent information
- Analyze various data reports, identify trends and gaps and recommend action
- Create and update actuarial reports
- Participate in merger and acquisition analysis
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of actuarial experience.
