SUMMARY:

The Associate Analyst position supports the functions of the HRIS Department and responds to internal requests from the various departments. This position ensures data reliability, and accuracy, ensuring effective use by client groups for information gathering, reporting purposes or use in other systems or applications.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with previous HRIS experience.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo and File Net systems.
  • Critical thinker, resourceful and highly results oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computing skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed prioritization and time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, methods, and practices.
  • Ability to utilize a consistent process to organize large amounts of data.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain data integrity in the PeopleSoft HCM system by ensuring all data changes are made correctly and accurately.
  • Provide support for the FileNet Document System regarding consistency and accuracy of data collection and verification. This support includes preparing, scanning and indexing documents into the FileNet system and retrieving documents when requested by other departments.
  • Support records management during and after acquisitions. This may include preparation, indexing, scanning and validation of paper personnel files.
  • Maintain the HR Records mailbox and respond to information requests as needed.
  • Provides support for current and future integrations into FileNet including but not limited to PeopleSoft, Taleo and I9 Tracker.
  • Maintain the process for document retention for paper I-9s.
  • Ensure the document retention policies are followed correctly.
  • Assist with projects as assigned within the HRIS Department.
