Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a QC Release & Stability (Associate Analyst) located in LEIDEN.

JOB SUMMARY

Janssen Biologics is currently recruiting an AVA/Myco Coordinator within our Quality Control department due to the transfer of this responsibility to the Release & Stability (R&S) team. The successful candidate needs to understand the QC testing environment, has proper stakeholder management skills and a relevant educational background. The candidate is responsible for overseeing the AVA and Mycoplasma testing progress and ensuring effective communication of the timelines and results to global stakeholders.

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU, IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with 1-3 years of related working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Didactical skills to effectively transfer information in a training environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP/GLP guidelines
  • Advanced knowledge on lab systems and lab environment.
  • Proactive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

THE RESPONSIBILITIES & THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Ensure timely tracking and confirmation of AVA and Mycoplasma sample statuses, while effectively monitoring testing progress and communicating updates to (global) stakeholders.Generating Certificates of Analysis and sharing results with stakeholders.
  • Accountable for internal and external escalation in case of issues.
  • Participating in meetings of the quality network organization and partnering with customers.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on AVA/Myco coordination tasks.
  • Support and backup for other tasks within the R&S team.
  • Adhering to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations, and lean principles.
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
