1) Review and monitor Forwarder’s In-transit Reports. 2) Communicates with various CS or Associate Customer Operations & forwarders/couriers, internal & external customers worldwide to identify and resolve requirements to move and deliver import and export shipments especially hot and urgent shipments. 3) Participate to Service Providers’ meetings and QBR. 4)Prepares, updates, and summarizes CAPA reports, transit reports, lost and damage reports, and logistics metrics. 5) Prepares Logistics presentations and Quarterly Business Review for various Forwarders. 6) Identify business opportunities, cost savings and creative solutions to problems encountered. 7) Perform other task assigned by superior
