Description:
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Proactively and regularly replenish inventory to stores to drive profitable sales by incorporating analysis of sales, store inventory levels and desired weeks of supply
- Partner with merchandising on seasonal assortment to determine initial allocations by door, and lead communication with store management and cross-functional partners
- Align with Store management and manage communication on special inventory requests, events and event performance
- End to end store administration and communication including allocations, deliveries, consolidations, promotions & markdowns in stores
- Create, maintain and distribute store weekly selling reports with insights / recommendations on store performance
- Help drive Store performance to meet forecasted sale targets and KPI’s
- Provide detailed insight into market performance and provide recommendations on opportunities and risks
- Troubleshoot store inquiries and questions
Responsibilities:
Peloton is seeking an Associate Planner & Allocator within the Merchandise Planning function. They will partner closely with the Planning, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising teams to drive operational and sales excellence in our retail locations. In addition to Allocations, this role will be responsible for performing reporting related tasks on a weekly, monthly and adhoc basis.
This individual will support the Global Merchandise Planning team with a retail/allocations focus. This role will act as the main support function for supporting store inventory and analysis, weekly reporting, preseason hindsight prep and general Global Merchandising deliverables.
