Associate Application Manager (SAP FICO/S4 HANA, West)

• Define and implement a comprehensive programme management framework, including tools, templates, and systems, to meet cost, time, and quality objectives, and ensure adherence through regular performance measurements and corrective actions.
• Review and guide the integrated programme plan to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery, while setting expectations for periodic reviews, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor programme progress, mentor junior staff in corrective actions, build strong client relationships, manage client escalations, and make informed trade-off decisions to align deliverables with client goals.
• Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and work allocations; foster staff development through coaching and performance management; and ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience
• Proficient in SAP FICO and S/4 HANA
