Do you want to be part of a high-performing and entrepreneurial team within a global organization? Oxford’s Hotel Asset Management team is seeking an Associate to join our platform based in Toronto. The Associate is an integral part of a strategic & purposeful team, focused on supporting and leading initiatives to maximize asset values and drive total returns. The Associate will be responsible for providing analytical support and will gain cross-functional exposure to the organization and asset management, including underwriting investments in existing assets and potential acquisitions, developing strategic asset plans , partner communication , and performance management.
Oxford owns and asset manages one of the most exceptional hotel portfolios in the country, including four “crown-jewel” Fairmont resorts in Western Canada, the recently acquired Rimrock Resort in Banff, the Park Hyatt Toronto, and the InterContinental Toronto Centre.
