The successful candidate will lead on leadership development, oversee CPD budgets, and implement impactful programmes that enhance teaching, learning, and professional growth. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive coaching and leadership development programme.
  • Promote and facilitate access to external CPD opportunities to enhance staff expertise.
  • Manage the CPD budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Curate and maintain a high-quality staff CPD library.
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate a weekly CPD programme tailored to school priorities and staff needs.
  • Coordinate and deliver CPD sessions as part of the induction week for new staff.
  • Evaluate the impact of CPD initiatives on staff performance and student outcomes.
  • Advise the Head of School on strategic CPD priorities and emerging needs.
  • Act as the coaching lead, providing mentorship to staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
