POSITION SUMMARY:

The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of brand plans, budgets, and promotional activities for assigned brands. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing marketing strategies, supporting sales team initiatives, and driving the success of the brands in the healthcare market.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with healthcare products targeting consumers or patients.
  • 1-2 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing initiatives, including social media and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic business sense with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and tactical execution of brand initiatives for HCPs, consumers, and patient-facing activities.
  • Develop brand plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the production and launch of marketing materials, coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Collaborate with the Medical team to ensure content accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage content on social media channels, including paid search, SEO, and blog updates.
  • Support the strategic direction for product lines and identify opportunities to drive sales and market growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize brand performance.
  • Prepare salesforce briefings and work closely with sales teams to support brand strategies.
  • Track budgets and marketing program implementation, analyze sales results, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare monthly marketing and sales reports with a focus on insights and KPIs.
  • Serve as a liaison for website-related requests and update marketing presentations as required.
  • Ensure prompt communication of any complaints or potential adverse drug reactions in line with company protocols.
