Position Status: Permanent Full-Time
Available: Immediately
Description of the Position:
The Associate, Brand Marketing will provide the highest level of support to the Brand Marketing team, with a specific focus on being the key liaison for projects led by the Stewardship and Donor Relations team, as well as the Activation team. The Associate will also work cross functionally with various fundraising teams to ensure the execution of project deliverables and work for all marketing materials. This position reports to the Manager, Brand Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

While we know that for any job posting no one candidate will possess the qualifications being sought in equal measure, below is an outline of the qualifications we believe are important for a candidate to bring to the position or for the successful candidate to develop while in the role:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience within a marketing role, agency experience will be considered an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects within tightly prescribed timelines
  • Detail oriented, proactive in anticipating and responding to team’s needs as well as the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • High energy and level of enthusiasm
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a willingness to learn new computer software programs as required
  • Must possess a client service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
  • Relationship builder who can communication with both internal and external stakeholders to maintain positive, professional relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work within a changing fast paced environment
