We are hiring a dedicated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Toll, based on St Kilda Road, Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity for an Entry to Mid-level professional to grow their career and make an impact within a global organisation.
The Opportunity:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our proprietary global relocation platform, MoveMaestro (Azure Cloud). Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing a range of Level 1-2 operational and technical queries via Zendesk related to the MoveMaestro application and providing analysis regarding these items to assist triaging and remediation.
  • Providing periodic analysis and audits on the MoveMaestro application cloud operation (usage / cost / access)
  • Facilitating small workshops (approximately 5-10 participants) including change board and release management meetings.
  • Communicating effectively with Business SMEs and managing various stakeholder relationships.
  • Involvement in release management activities, with time in lieu provided for after-hours work.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: 1 - 3 years in a similar role, with experience in documentation and requirement gathering.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills, data-driven with an analytical mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Other: Must be an Australian Citizen, with the eligibility to obtain a baseline security clearance.
