Description:

Macro Pros is seeking an individual with skills and experience that would allow them to serve as an Associate Business and Financial Operations Consultant. A strong candidate will have 3 or more years of transferable skills such as a business analyst, an executive assistant, a compliance analyst, a program coordinator, human resources coordinator, or a policy analyst. Contract is for 3 years. Hybrid work schedule consisting of 75% on-site in Washington, D.C., and 25% remote. Must have an Active Secret Clearance to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Experience: 3+ years of experience in business and financial operations or executive assistant role (or related job), with a focus on administrative support, and operational tasks.

SKILLS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working within a government or military organization, particularly within the M&RA portfolio.
Familiarity with government reporting requirements, correspondence management systems, and policy coordination processes

Responsibilities:

1. ADMINISTRATIVE & ANALYTIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform administrative tasks, including creating, reviewing, and tracking correspondence.
  • Provide program, administrative, and operational supports.
  • Assist in studies, staff coordination, and the preparation of reports and presentations for senior-level personnel.
