Description:

Overview:
Schedule, and deliver internal training programs to increase job related skills and knowledge in support of the needs of the assigned businesses
Location: This position will work hybrid out of our Bridgeport, CT office. Candidates will be expected to facilitate in-person and virtual training classes.
Hours: This position will work Monday-Friday from 12:30PM - 9PM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver routine classroom and internal training programs at any of several training locations to support needs of assigned business.
  • Assist in development of appropriate training materials for training classes.
  • Assist with course evaluations and suggest changes. Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
High School or GED
2 years related business experience
Education and Experience Preferred:
Full knowledge of activities and procedures of own job; Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $22.66 - $37.76 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
