Reporting to the Director, Client Management Execution, you will be part of a team that provides support to the Client Coverage and the Product Specialist teams, whilst also working collaboratively with the Client Support teams and Credit partners, to manage a portfolio of C&IB clients. This will involve all aspects of portfolio management, transaction management and the client relationship.
This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in credit risk, financial analysis and building your client stakeholder skills which all play an important part in driving excellent customer outcomes and delivering world class client relationships.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Manage the ongoing monitoring of the risk profile and requirements of assigned client groups, ensuring portfolio hygiene, including customer covenant compliance, is kept to a good standard and system data is accurate.
- Undertake financial and credit risk analysis for the preparation of credit submissions, including customer annual reviews and other requests, documentation and execution of assigned customer groups.
- Manage workflow alongside Client Coverage, Product Specialists, Credit and client support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Conduct research to develop sector expertise and identify market trends by attending client meetings where needed.
- Be a driver in embedding quality, consistency and continuous improvement practices in CME, with an emphasis on improving the quality of credit submissions, turnaround times and managing business risks.
