What you’ll be doing
CIBC’s Commercial Banking Cash Management team helps businesses reach their full potential by delivering flexible cash management solutions, dedicated business expertise and timely advice to help our clients realize their goals. As an Associate, Cash Management, you’ll join CIBC’s Commercial Banking team to provide support to account teams through client acquisition, relationship management as well as providing transactional support for client specific financing solutions. This is a development role for the Commercial Banking team, providing an opportunity to learn the products, processes, networks and functions to enable and equip you to eventually progress to the Manager role. You’ll act as a key interface to internal partners in order to facilitate initial product installation and ongoing troubleshooting and you will apply product and client knowledge in the development of proposals, ideas and solutions to proactively meet clients’ needs. Your primary role is to support the managers in business development and maintenance of existing customer relationships.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview.
