ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a CBRE Associate, Client Care you will manage and support the achievement of strategic goals and objectives for an assigned client.
This job is part of the Client Services Job Function. They are responsible for providing daily advice and support to clients that need assistance with business products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Implement and maintain processes. Define portfolio management priorities.
  • Partner with managers of databases containing supply, demand, and cost information. Develop management models to support strategic consulting efforts and assignments.
  • Support specific engagements, defined deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Refine building, state, and segment reports as required. Distribute reports as defined by the client for the specific account or engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members and the client to develop real estate plans. Assist with the installation of strategies for achieving savings and cost avoidance goals.
  • Track growth, labor, and market changes that could impact real estate initiatives as required.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.
