We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing II to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in PA, Pittsburgh – HYBRID.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Leading a Wealth Management centralized operational group supporting cash movement from investment management accounts. The position is fast paced and detail oriented.
Responsible for facilitating movement of cash via foreign and domestic wires, ACH, checks and internal transfers.
The position entails working closely with internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure proper adherence to policy.
Responsible for ensuring all daily work is completed, meeting all deadlines, as well as training and coaching staff, tracking performance and all employee oversight.
Work closely with internal technology teams to support, enhance and troubleshoot systems.
Prepare reporting (scheduled and ad-hoc), identify trends, problem solve and handle escalated and urgent issues.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
3-5 years of total work experience is preferred.
Experience with cash movement and/or Investment Management accounts is preferred.
