We are seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing I to join our Settlement team. This position is located in Wroclaw, Poland, and offers a HYBRID working arrangement.
BNY Transfer Agency provides investors with exceptional operational support. Our mission is to ensure the maintenance of strong client relationships and to address and resolve inquiries efficiently and promptly. Our daily tasks involve close collaboration with onshore Transfer Agency managers, fund managers, and investors, assisting them in their day-to-day responsibilities centered around servicing investors.

Responsibilities:

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Processing transactions across various platforms based on approved sources
Managing both internal and external payment processing
Performing daily controls to ensure full client data integrity
Preparing daily financial reports
Collaborating internally to resolve breaks, issues, and outstanding payments

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

2-3 years of experience in the financial industry
Fluency in spoken and written English
Ability to manage work pressure and deliver with speed and accuracy
Proficiency in PC skills (including Microsoft® Excel, etc.)
Flexibility regarding assigned tasks, job timing, and scope of responsibility
Preferable experience in written client communication
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure full accuracy of processed payments/transactions and prepared reports
