We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Service to join our Clearance and Collateral Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - HYBRID.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

Has a background in trade clearance in multiple markets, including DTC, FRB, Crest, Euroclear, Canada and more.
Works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
Supports clients in addressing and resolving operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
Applies problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Supports multiple client accounts.
No direct reports.
In-depth training will be provided.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Has developed written and oral communication skills to deliver high quality service.
1-3 years of total work experience.
Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
Familiar with Excel, Word, and Power Point is a plus
