What you’ll be doing
As a result of our growth and success, we need a dynamic individual to join our diverse team. This position is for a CIBC Associate, Client Support (Opening Solutions Representative) to support our Mobile Mortgage Advisor channel. We require a dedicated, committed and energetic individual, with basic mortgage knowledge to assist the Mobile Mortgage Adviser sales channel in completing the mortgage applications. This is a 1 year secondment position with the opportunity of a permanent position.

  • Extracting data from documents, creating Mortgage Applications
  • Ordering Credit Bureau reports with client’s consent to complete application
  • Maintaining professional communication with Mortgage Advisors via email
  • Assist Closing Solutions department during busy season in diary and packaging document tasks
  • Amendments on Class for requests by Mortgage Advisors
  • Maintaining tracker for accurate reporting
  • You can effectively perform all work activities remotely

How you’ll succeed

Utilizing your mortgage knowledge, you will provide efficient support to Mortgage Advisers in completing the mortgage applications.

  • Meet department and individual targets

  • Accurate data entry Excel skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and good time management
  • Meet department objectives by delivering the best client experience on each and every Mortgage file
  • Regularly update knowledge of new products, policies, procedures and competition in order to meet client’s needs.

Who you are

  • You will demonstrate extensive experience in the delivery and management of CIBC Mortgage products. You will have the ability to manage multiple calls and issues concurrently. You will have strong understanding of CIBC computer applications, including COINS/CLASS, Ecif, mMortgage and working knowledge of software packages commonly used at CIBC, i.e. Windows and Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
