What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll provide administrative and payroll assistance to support Central Manager Mobile Mortgage Assistants and support various teams within Mobile advice.

How You’ll Succeed
- Administration – Administer all aspects of maintaining personnel files, personnel records and business recovery plan records in adherence to CIBC’s Privacy Policy. Maintain all new hire onboarding, termination and status change documentation, preparation and distribution of orientation packages, attrition letters, etc. Assists with weekly reporting –Mobile Sales tracker and Service Now requests.
- Onboarding – Ensures new hires are set up with required system access and CMTT notification. Coordinates required updates on the following systems: HR system (People Soft),FNF Portal ID requests, Expert-ID requests, Equifax ID requests including new hires, terminations, transfers and status changes. Communicates all employee status updates to the required Business Unit mailboxes. Tracking and maintaining records for all Mobile Advice with respect to the Mandatory Training, Employee. Responsibility for Security and Workplace Behavior documents and Delegation of Authority Letters
