The main responsibilities of this role include applying the protocol to daily data management tasks, delivering project specific training to clinical data associates, and coordination of data cleaning tasks, ensuring quality standards are maintained and delivered within agreed timelines.
You will be involved in creation of database specifications, build and user acceptance testing during the development of database and edit checks. The role is also involved in the creation of data management documentation, leading team and client meetings and supporting the lead data manager with risk management.

- Ability to apply knowledge and skills in a highly organized fashion while adhering to regulatory guidelines, SOPs and client expectations
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English language and grammar;
- Ability to work productively with support and minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality with clinical data and client’s proprietary data
- Strong customer focus and excellent social skills
- Proven flexibility and adaptability
- Flexible to work in a team environment and independently as needed
- Ability to train and direct junior team members
- Ability to set and meet timelines or be able to recognise and schedule changes in response to project demands
