Description:

DESCRIPTION

The Associate Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC1) functions under the supervision of the Clinical Research Supervisor to perform clinical research activities. The CRC1 facilitates the conduct of clinical trials with low to moderate complexity; works collaboratively with sponsors, monitors, investigators and internal regulatory, contract, and budget research staff; works with IRB(s) to submit reportable new information, establishes research plans, project timelines, and coordinates the resources needed to ensure the timely completion of project(s).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educ/experience.
  • 1 year - Experience with clinical research and/or direct patient interaction in healthcare setting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Neuroscience clinical research experience.
  • Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs).
  • Experience with medical and/or scientific terminology.
