Resilience Lab is modernizing how clinicians work together towards our mission: improving access to high-quality mental health care. Our diverse and collaborative team of over 200 remotely-based therapists offers virtual therapy services while enjoying flexible schedules. We provide billing and administrative support, so our clinicians can focus more on their clients. Our clinically-led Institute provides a complimentary lifelong learning curriculum. We are expanding nationally and looking for compassionate clinicians to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Remote (US time zone). MA License (LCSW/Mental Health Counselor in Training) required. In-person only as required by applicable laws.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree and requisite state licensure
- Desire to expand clinical and business skill sets

Responsibilities:
- Mastery in the Resilience Lab Methodology (RLM), including engaging, retaining, and graduating clients
- Maintain minimum of 30 Units per month
- Complete Resilience Lab’s onboarding program
- Conduct individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy sessions
- Assess clients’ needs, build trust, and explore feelings, attitudes, and behaviors
- Help clients develop strategies for coping with issues and for making positive changes
- Evaluate therapy sessions and outcomes via intake notes, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Undergo supervision to reflect on sessions, including transference/countertransference
- Continue to seek out learning opportunities, including new theoretical developments
- Network within and outside of the organization to maintain continuity of work and client base
- Embody the RLM: collaborative case conceptualization, whole-person treatment planning, personalized EBP interventions, and clinical outcome monitoring
