Description:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with experience utilizing cloud technologies.
- <2 years of cloud-specific experience with Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
- Candidates must be highly motivated and capable of working independently.
- Experience with cloud cost and usage reporting capabilities
- Hands on experience with visualization tools such as AWS Quicksight, PowerBI, or equivalent
- Hands on experience with SQL, Python or other programming skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and constraints
- Ability to use creative thinking and advanced problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira is desired.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP, such as Solutions Architect or Cloud Practitioner.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira is desired.

ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Hosting Solutions (DHS) team represents the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) for cloud infrastructure capabilities, providing foundational public and private cloud services to all business lines, globally across Pfizer. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Cloud Analyst role will work within the FinOps product domain within DHS. This role will collaborate closely with the FinOps product owner, engineering team, and cloud consumers to manage and optimize Pfizer’s cloud environments. Key aspects of this role include analysis of Pfizer’s cloud inventory, improving cloud tagging, and working with cloud consumers to help translate cloud usage and costing information. The ideal candidate will understand cloud services, cloud cost structures, and have strong communication skills to work with Pfizer cloud consumers
