Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Commercial Collections experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educatio

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Commercial Collections Representative as part of Commercial Lending Operations division. Learn more about our career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain a high quality account portfolio through the maintenance, collections, restructuring, modification, refinancing, transferring and file updating on all leases, lease purchases, conditional sales contracts and promissory notes
  • Disposition equipment through sales, renewal and release on all terminations
  • Utilize a solid understanding of company policies, procedures and collection systems in performance of duties
  • Receive direction from supervisors
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
