Job Description
CAPABILITIES
- Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget, along with a deep understanding of how projects are delivered.
- Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects.
- Expertise in process optimization and creating clear, efficient road maps.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team

Here’s what we’re looking for:
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working within commercial real estate markets along with having the following qualifications and experience.
- Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related
- In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI
- APM affiliation is a benefit
Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to the following tasks and responsibilities;
Have at least 8 years’ experience of client-side project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.
