Job Description
We’re recruiting for a Associate Compliance Manager to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary and good benefits package.
You will be part of a dedicated Compliance Function, providing comprehensive, business-focused compliance services to our company, ensuring regulatory compliance across our European branches
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing guidance on regulatory and compliance matters
- Acting as a primary contact for compliance-related queries and issues
- Monitoring and escalating compliance breaches, ensuring proper documentation and resolution
- Conducting horizon scanning and analysing the impact of regulatory changes
- Supporting the development and implementation of the compliance framework
- Drafting and reviewing compliance policies and procedures
- Delivering compliance training and education to relevant personnel
- Maintaining compliance logs and mandatory records
This will be a regulated role.
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven financial services experience
- Strong analytical skills and industry awareness
- Proactive approach to compliance and regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge of the Investment Management industry and associated compliance requirements
- Understanding of UCITS, AIFM, ESG/SFDR, and MiFID requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Postgraduate professional qualifications are desirable
