Associate Consultant - Management Consulting

We’re currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Strategy Consulting team based in Milan.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

• conducting desk research to a specific brief using internal and external sources
• performing quantitative analyses to aid development of recommendations
• contributing to the preparation, execution and follow up of client workshops
• creating reports, presentations and other client deliverables
• acquiring deep knowledge of IQVIA proprietary data sources

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• MSc degree with strong record of academic achievement, preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering.
• At least 1 year of consulting experience with a Management Consultancy
• Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point
• Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work on a team
• Keenness to learn and commitment to a rapid development curve
