ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Automation Consultant to work with our Marketing Automation (MA) customers and provide implementation and product support. This role is expected to bring an eye for detail and design, along with practical eDM and web development abilities. You will have a strong functional marketing mindset and be able to work closely with Marketing teams with our customers to achieve set marketing solution outcomes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work closely with the Consultants in the Marketing Automation team.
• Provide assistance with solution implementations of Marketing Automation products (mainly D365 Customer Insights).
• Work with customers to provide the best product solution for their requirements.
• Provide ongoing support to Marketing Automation customers post-implementation.
• Log and manage support tickets with FUJIFILM MicroChannel’s MA Technology partners.
