Objective
We seek an Associate Consultant to support our educational programs by securing our digital infrastructure and promoting best practices in cybersecurity for both our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Cybersecurity Research for ongoing and future projects.
• Develop Security Awareness Training assets and support various training initiatives.
• Deliver cybersecurity classes and collaborate closely with your team.
• Generate detailed program reports for each training session.
• Perform Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, and Systems Audits.
• Review and research global best practices in cybersecurity policies for organizations and products.
• Contribute to the design, content development, and planning of our products.
• Assist in building a new cybersecurity digital platform.
• Organize digital resources and documentation.
• Work alongside professional cybersecurity analysts to identify critical digital assets and potential vulnerabilities.
• Review existing cybersecurity policies and assist in developing new ones.
• Evaluate current safeguards and application security policies, identify gaps, and help resolve cybersecurity issues.
• Report directly to the Training Manager and Office Manager.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in an Information Technology/Cybersecurity role.
• Knowledge of Computer Networking and Windows Server Administration; Linux experience is a plus.
• CEH Training experience and certification will be an added advantage.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Experience with start-ups or FinTech is an added advantage.
