What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is looking for an associate to perform various tasks and support our Federal Contracts team.
- You will have the chance to assist the US Government Contracts and the Public Sector teams with contract administration from cradle to grave including preparing and reviewing documents like Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
- Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
- Participate in negotiations with existing or prospective clients to establish terms and conditions for assigned contracts.
- Effectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) for contractual challenges.
- Participate in proposal preparation as a member of the team with special emphasis on reviewing contract terms for risks and compliance.
- Process contract awards, modifications, and close out of US Government contracts and subcontracts for external and internal customers.
- Monitor and track upcoming contractual actions and deadlines.
- Maintain contractual documentation for applicable Guidehouse agreements in various internal databases and SharePoint sites.

- Minimum Degree Status: Bachelor’s degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program through Fall 2024 and graduate by Summer 2025)
