QUALIFICATIONS:

• You completed your studies in 2024 or are set to graduate in 2025 with excellent results.
• You have strong numerical skills and an interest in financial analysis.
• You speak and write English fluently.

As a Graduate in Corporate Finance, you will become a vital part of our team, contributing to companies’ achieving their strategic objectives through local or global mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
We are the lead advisor in M&A processes and provide comprehensive support to business owners, private equity firms, and corporate clients across all stages of the M&A process: from preparing business plans and conducting valuations to managing buyer interactions and crafting effective deal negotiation strategies. We are proud to say that we have become an integral part of the infrastructure in Danish investment banking, and we take pride in having been awarded “Financial M&A Adviser of the Year”.
We are a team with strong expertise and credentials across all sectors, with a market-leading position within the Tech M&A landscape and an increasing focus on the sustainability sector.
