Responsibilities:
- Using your expertise and communication skills you work as part of the deal team to advise customers from the German “Mittelstand” as well as multinational clients and take part in their lending transactions.
- Your approach is holistic and you are involved in all aspects of managing a transaction: from financial analysis to structuring transactions and preparing loan offers right up to closing transactions. You actively assist with creating and verifying documentation and negotiating the legal framework with your customers.
- Closing the transaction does not slow you down: Portfolio management is always on your radar; high quality is your way of life, and you keep focus on profitability.
- You enjoy national and global teamwork within Corporate Sector Lending, e.g. with Syndications, Risk Management, Legal, Capital Structuring & Advisory and Client Coverage and diligently follow up on and develop assigned tasks.
- Last, but not least you are passionate about implementing our sustainability goals and active balance sheet management.
