Responsibilities:
The Associate Creative Director will form part of the LEGO agency Creative Development organization, and key responsibilities include:
- Build & deliver creative solutions for the LEGO® Brand from an advertising and marketing perspective
- Play a key part in the creative ideation process
- Work and guide creative teams and implement cross-platform work for local, regional, and global campaigns.
- Implement 360 campaigns independently, and as a team
- Present ideas clearly and strategically to market partners
- To have a proven understanding of current advertising/marketing practices
