We’re searching for an Associate Creative Director who can transform good ideas into great campaigns for our financial services clients, while bringing out the best in our creative team. It’s a simple idea that makes a big difference. We are seeking a talented and experienced ACD to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing outstanding creative campaigns that resonate with audiences and meet client objectives. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop compelling concepts and ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop innovative concepts and strategies for advertising campaigns
- Lead and inspire a team of art directors, copywriters, and a production to create high-quality work that aligns with the brand’s voice, vision, and marketing strategy
- Oversee all phases of the creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet creative standards
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork
- Encourage the integration of new ideas and approaches into campaigns
- Build strong relationships with both our team and our clients
- Keep projects moving and quality high
- Push creative boundaries while respecting brand guidelines
- Present creative concepts and strategies to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
- 8+ years of creative experience in an advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showing your command of creative concepts across various mediums (digital, social, video, etc.)
- A proven track record of turning strategic thinking into creative gold
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills - you can sell your ideas with confidence
- Ability to lead teams and mentor other creatives
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
