Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Patient collection management through telephone calls, sending emails, sending letters.
  • Counsels and negotiate with customers to improve financial controls, suggests sources of working capital, and sets up special credit arrangements and payment schedules.
  • Plans credit restriction and collection tactics for risky, slow pay, and sensitive accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly management monitoring reports and Monthly presentation of results in committees
  • Support sales area for the execution of cases and achieve the objectives

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, international business or related
  • 2- 3 years of experience in cash and collections area focused on patients or experience in collection management for individuals in another sector
  • Based in Bogotá
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and results orientation
  • Experience with MS Office

Nice to have:

  • Desirable experience interacting with SAP
  • Intermediate English level
  • Experience in healthcare sector
