The Associate Curriculum Specialist, Core Math applies content knowledge and instructional design principles to create digital instructional materials.
Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position .
Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 44,079.00 a nd $ 61,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location : In this US-based position your location will be remote from your home office .
Travel : You can also expect up to approximately 10 % travel, so be sure you have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance and a clean driving record for at least the preceding 39 months.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Assist in creating, editing, and reviewing instructional materials in print and digital formats for core math curriculum and supporting products .
- Communicate and collaborate within and across functional teams, and with vendors, partners, and independent contractors to ensure adherence to quality and to project specifications .
- Ensure that materials are accessible to all learners and have differentiation supports and an asset-based approach, incorporating best practices from UDL and DEI frameworks .
- Maintain product specifications and guidelines for developing products .
- Support the Professional Development and Customer Success teams with curriculum trainings, professional learning, and customer needs and concerns.
- Develop curriculum features with Product Management and Engineering and Design .
- Analyze standards and other curriculum requirements to assist with developing blueprints, scopes and sequences, and other project content-planning documents .
- Other duties as required .
Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, and at least 1year of experience in educational publishing, technology development, instructional design, or classroom teaching experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience .
- Teaching experience required .
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills .
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills; self-directed and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding time frames .
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail .
- Passion for learning and teaching with K-12 and as an adult learner who has a track record of learning new skills and adapting to change .
- Proven ability to collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment .
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and G-Suite products.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% .
