Description:

SEKISUI Diagnostics, a leader in in vitro diagnostics, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team! In this fast-paced role, you will work directly with our customers and internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our diagnostic products (e.g., Clinical Chemistry Reagents, Rapid Flu, Strep, COVID & Pregnancy Tests, etc.) to our customers. Our customer base includes retailers (OTC/eCommerce), distributors, end users (hospitals, labs), and B2B customers all over the world. We take pride in delivering excellent Customer Care! Your typical day may include:

  • Processing all order types for all supported regions & sales channels
  • Supporting strategic accounts & specialized orders, including using EDI portals
  • Monitoring the coordination of shipments between departments
  • Partnering with Sales & Marketing, Operations, & Technical staff to communicate and promptly resolve customer queries
  • Participating in updating or creating processes to support continuous improvement & drive business growth

To be successful in this role, you will provide high-level support to our customers and manage orders to ensure our products get from our warehouse to theirs with no issues or delays. In addition, you:

  • Are a strong communicator & supportive team player who values collaboration
  • Are organized, work independently, and think outside the box
  • Take pride in your work, valuing efficiency, accuracy, and satisfied customers
  • Have at least two years of customer service experience; knowledge of the diagnostics or retail/eCommerce markets a plus!
