Description:
Your Mission
As an Associate Customer Support you will provide second level support to Partners on the use of Ubiquicom hardware and software products; collaborate on the production of support activities reports and products technical documentation.
You also update and maintains of the existing documentation starting from customer feedback and product user experiences; in addition you will interface with other technical teams in order to suggest improvements optimizations and support the test phases

Your Profile
- Education: High School Diploma
- Driving license and ability for short and occasional trips
- Interested on new technologies and curiosity towards new products
- Flexibility and ability to adapt
- Propensity to technical support activities, patience and empathy
- Analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise activities
- Propensity to optimize and improve current processes
