REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience as a data analyst or a similar role
• Experience with MSSQL, Power BI, Excel, Jira, Azure TFS, and Flow
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

We are looking for a Associate Data Analyst to join our Engineering team and assist in contractors reporting and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will focus on preparing reports for Engineering managers, covering both individual and team performance metrics. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data analysis and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to create engineering metrics and reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards using PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Create and maintain automated reports using Excel, Jira, Azure TFS, and Flow
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits
• Communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
