JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled private Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental procedures and patient care, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality dental services. As an Associate Dentist, you will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients while maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution.
- Valid GDC registration, indemnity , vaccinations and
- Proficiency in medical imaging ideally Primescan would be desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventative, and cosmetic treatments.
- Interpret medical imaging and diagnostic tests to inform treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice protocols.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to enhance practice efficiency.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Days: Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays ( we would consider lesser days for the right candidate)
- Start Date: March/April 2025 ( possibly earlier)
- Focus Areas: All types of general dentistry. We are a family practice.
