SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • A recognized diploma in Marketing or work experience in a corporate marketing environment
  • Excellent German and US English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in content writing and editing for digital format
  • A strong analytical mind and the ability to combine method and rigor
  • A true teammate, willing to invest yourself in a team on the long run
  • Ideally experience with reporting platforms including Adobe Analytics, and Content Management Systems, e.g. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Plan and implement content strategies on our social media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) and develop and monitor EY’s social media presence

  • Help support to make sure that our social media content is meeting guidelines and no risky activities are executed via our firm account
  • Advocate and advise on social media best practices and how to use different design elements to create effective, engaging user experiences
  • Create high-quality, brand-compliant and engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Review and proofread content and suggest how best to optimize for SEO performance
  • Understand website taxonomy and ensure new content is tagged effectively via GDS resources
  • Build the brand: support to bring our new claim in Switzerland alive via external digital channels and make clients aware of the benefits for them
  • Challenge status quo and develop the best channel mix possible to achieve Marketing Influenced Opportunities
  • Support stakeholders/marketers/GDS people (CH and EW) seeking to publish content on ey.com and other owned channels
  • Act as the liaison between stakeholders and the page builder teams
  • Ensure content published on ey.com and other channels is top quality
  • Strategize and execute internal in-bound linking and calls-to-action on page, ensuring next-best actions are included and functional
  • Review analytics to incorporate best practices and make recommendations for content optimization/development, impact and RO
